WeddingCake.org monthly Wedding Cake Money Giveaway 2013-2014.

Beginning November 12, 2013 through November 4, 2014, we'll be giving 12 brides, like you, $250 to the baker of your choice to help pay for your wedding cake, if you are chosen as a monthly winner.

Your wedding cake needs to be purchased between November 12, 2013 and March 1, 2015.

The wedding cake baker must be a licensed and legal bakery, cake artist, cake designer, cake studio, grocery store, home baker that creates and sells wedding cakes.

To enter our wedding cake cash giveaway, you don't need to have a baker picked out. If you are chosen as one of our monthly winners, just let us know who your baker is after you have chosen one, along with a completed wedding cake order, agreement or contract.

If you are chosen as a winner, email us your wedding cake baker's name, company name, address and phone number or mail it to IGR Communications at 3405 S. 84th Street Omaha NE 68124, on behalf of WeddingCake.org. We'll contact the wedding cake baker directly and send them the $250 at least 30 days prior to your reception.

You'll be automatically entered to win for 3 consecutive monthly drawings beginning from the date you opt-in on the home page of WeddingCake.org.

All brides who enter between September 15, 2013, through December 11, 2013, will be entered for the first drawing held on December 12, 2013, and will be entered for the following 2 monthly drawings.

If you enter after December 12, 2013, you'll be entered for 3 consecutive monthly drawings from the date you opt-in on the home page of WeddingCake.org.

Make sure you allow our emails to come through your spam filter. You'll be receiving a minimum of 3 emails for the following 3 month. Since we're not requiring your phone number or address, it's our only means of notifying you and to let you know if you've won.

In addition to our monthly drawings, we'll let you know if we post any new 360° videos, photos or anything else that could help you in your quest to find and buy the perfect wedding cake.

NOTE: After you register, you'll receive a follow-up email asking to confirm if you want to subscribe to our email list. Be sure to click the confirmation link. Otherwise, you won't be officially registered for the drawings.

The confirmation email is to validate that you intended to opt-in and are the bride or groom of record.

WeddingCake.org monthly Wedding Cake Money Giveaway 2013-2014.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Promotion Period: The Monthly Wedding Cake Money ("Prize") Giveaway (the Promotion) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 12, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 12, 2014 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on November 3, 2014. Entries submitted past the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be accepted and will be destroyed.

2. How to Enter: Entering or participating constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. You may enter the Giveaway by visiting http://www.weddingcake.org and providing the requested information in the opt-in box on the home page. If you do not wish to visit the webpage, you may be entered by sending an e-mail during the entry period with your full legal name, email address, residence address including zip or postal code, and telephone number to: customerservice@weddingcake.org.

Limit one entry per person. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account provided in connection the entry, as of the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addressed for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

3. Administrator/Sponsor: The Promotion shall be administered by IGR Communications Inc. and sponsored by WeddingCake.org/IGR Communications Inc. of 3405 S. 84th St. Omaha, NE 68124 ("SPONSOR").

4. Eligibility: To be eligible to win, you must be (i) getting married between December 12, 2013 and March 1, 2015, and (ii) be contracting with a legal and licensed baker for the purchase of a wedding cake between December 12, 2013 and March 1, 2015.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of December 11, 2013. Employees (and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of IGR Communications and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and third party fulfillment or judging agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

5. Random Drawings/ Notification/Prizes: One winner for 12 consecutive monthly drawings beginning December 12, 2013 and ending on November 12, 2014 will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries (each, a "Winner") received by Sponsor during the entry period. Sponsor's decisions on all matters pertaining to the Giveaway are final.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entry opt-ins received.

Limit one (1) Prize per email address. Winner shall be contacted by email. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer Prizes or redeem Prizes for cash, but SPONSOR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Further, SPONSOR reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prizes at its sole discretion. SPONSOR's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect. In the event that this Promotion is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including but not limited to any federal or state governmental authority), SPONSOR reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Promotion, as applicable, or to disqualify any Promotion Participants residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable. There are exactly twelve (12) prizes total (each, a "Prize") available to be won in the Promotion as follows:

Monthly Prize Winners: Exactly twelve (12) monthly Prize Winners ("monthly Prize Winners") will be selected in random monthly drawings to be held during the Promotion Period on or about the following dates in 2013: December 12, in 2014: January 12, February 12, March 12, April 12, May 12, June 12, July 12, August 12, September 12, October 12, and November 12.

Monthly Prize Winners will receive monthly Prizes as detailed below. Non-winning entries from each drawing will be automatically added to the next scheduled 2 drawings. monthly winners will be notified by email, within seven (7) days of the drawing.

Monthly Prizes: $250 which shall be distributed to a legal and licensed baker creating the wedding cake of the winner.

The approximate retail value of ALL prizes available to be won in this Promotion is $3,000.00 USD.

6. Disputes: Each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway, or any prize awarded, other than the administration of the Giveaway or the determination of Winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the State or Federal Courts located in Nebraska; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway but in no event attorneys' fees; (iii) notwithstanding subsection (ii) above, it will release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into this Giveaway or use of any prize; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILTY FOR INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska without regard to the conflicts of law provisions therein.

7. General Terms: Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/email submitted to SPONSOR. Entrants agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of SPONSOR, or its designated agent, which are final and legally binding in all respects, and further agree that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that the Promotion Entities or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in this Promotion or participation in any Promotion-related activities and further acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its merchantability, quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

SPONSOR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice and at any time, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion, or any portion thereof, should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of SPONSOR corrupt or impair the administration, integrity or security of the Promotion (including but not limited to attempts to hack into or otherwise tamper with underlying source code/programming of the Promotion). The Promotion Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents are not responsible for hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof, lost network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by SPONSOR, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by technical or human error which may occur and/or which may damage a user's system or limit an Entrant's ability to participate and/or redeem prizes in the Promotion. SPONSOR reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion, violates these Official Rules or otherwise engages in fraudulent or offensive conduct with respect to this Promotion. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, SPONSOR reserves the right to seek damages from any such Entrants to the fullest extent of the law.

The laws of the State of Nebraska shall exclusively govern the Promotion. By accepting prizes, Winners agree that SPONSOR may use each winner's name, likeness, photograph and/or biographical information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration or payment, where permitted by law. All expenses not specified herein are the Winners' responsibility. Taxes on and in connection with all prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are not transferable. No prize, cash or other substitutions allowed except at SPONSOR's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. SPONSOR reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. SPONSOR's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect. 8. Privacy: All personal information that Entrants submit will be subject to WeddingCake.org's Privacy Policy. In the event of any discrepancy between WeddingCake.org's Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy shall govern and control. For WeddingCake.org's on-line Privacy Policy, please visit: http://www.weddingcake.org/privacy.php. By entering this Promotion, each Entrant agrees that WeddingCake.org or Administrator have the right to contact Entrant by email, telephone or regular mail.

9. Request for Names of Prize Winners and Official Rules: For the written names of the Prize Winners and/or written Official Rules, send a self addressed stamped envelope and letter requesting such to "WeddingCake.org monthly Wedding Cake Money Giveaway for 2013-2014" at IGR Communications Co. 3405 S. 84th Street, Omaha, NE 68124.

All requests for a written copy of the Official Rules and the names of Prize Winners must be made by January 12, 2015.
